What It Is
Opened August 22 in South LA, developed with neighborhood leaders alongside The Marathon Brand -- the streetwear label founded by Nipsey Hussle and his brother Samiel Asghedom, named for the same street both grew up on. Beyond the Foot Locker/Nike/Jordan/Converse retail floor, the space includes an open gym and creative workspace, with year-round community programming built into the model from the start rather than added after the ribbon-cutting.
