The chains catch the eye first, three of them stacked at different lengths, sitting right in the gap where the tank shows between an open jacket. It is a small detail that does a lot of work, giving the outfit a focal point without needing anything loud.
The jacket stays open the whole time, which keeps the olive from taking over. Underneath, the black tank and black jeans read as one long column, so the jacket ends up functioning more like a layer of texture than a second color.
The jeans pool low and wide over the sneakers, with just enough break at the ankle to show off the green pull tab on the Air Force 1s. That's the only real color note besides the camo on the cap, and it's placed low enough that it doesn't compete with the chains up top.
Shot at a food market in West Hollywood, drink in one hand, snack in the other, the whole look feels unbothered rather than composed. Sunglasses, low cap, open jacket walking through a crowd, nothing about it looks like it took long to put together, and that's exactly why it works.
