The open shirt is doing the heavy lifting here, hanging off the shoulders like a jacket that never got the memo to close. It reads more as a layer of drape than an actual shirt, which is what makes the whole thing feel loose without feeling careless.
Underneath, the white tank keeps things simple, and the silver chains sitting against it are the only real detail up top. Everything below the waist gets cropped short and belted tight, so the volume up high and the cut-off length down low balance each other out instead of competing.
The keychain swinging off the belt loop and the chunky combat boots ground the look in something a little more utilitarian than dressed-up. Nothing here looks planned down to the inch, and that's the point. It moves like clothes that were grabbed and thrown on, then somehow landed exactly right.
