Faded band tee, baggy dark denim
A washed-black Smiths "The Queen Is Dead" tee worn loose and untucked, dark raw-hem baggy jeans stacking over the shoe, a turquoise beaded necklace, and an iced coffee in each hand.

The tee has been washed enough times that the print has gone soft and grey, which is what keeps a band shirt from reading as merch — it looks owned rather than bought. Everything below the waist is deliberately too long: the denim pools at the ankle and covers most of the boot. The only sharp thing in the outfit is the turquoise at the neck, and it works precisely because nothing else is competing for attention.
