The whole outfit is one decision: keep the top close and let the bottom do everything. The jeans are wide enough to break over the shoe and hide it, so the eye reads a single column of denim rather than a leg — and because the top stops at the waistband, the proportion stays legible instead of swallowing her. The star patch is the only ornament in the frame, and it sits low enough that you find it second, after the shape.
